Other Terms

– Vaccine Card – If not vaccinated, present a negative RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen test not later than 3 days before departure – Wear face mask – Only one small-sized luggage per passenger is allowed in the boat. Over-sized baggage like surf board, scuba tank, and the like may be denied depending on the boat’s load capacity and is subject to applicable fees. – Baggages or personal belongings shall be at the passenger’s own risk during the entire trip. – No passenger is allowed to embark in the boat without a boarding pass. Lost pass is subject to a fee. – All trips are subject to weather, ocean and boat conditions and number of guests. – Calaguas Ecotours has the right to cancel any trip in case of inclement weather, force majeure, any act of god, mechanical trouble on the motorized boat or any justifiable reason and will reschedule when feasible. – All prices are subject to change without prior notice. – Calaguas Ecotours is not held liable for any accident/untoward incident. – Use of boat taxis for transfer during low tide will cost php 100.00/pax. – No show: Payment is forfeited. – Refund for cancellation is not allowed, but may re-schedule subject to availability of trips. – Booking this trip means that you are agreeable to the foregoing terms and conditions. – Parking Area is Available
